When are new apps released?

New apps are released continuously. Stay updated by checking out our web page, Twitter or Facebook.

Where can I buy your apps?

All apps are available in the iTunes store. Some of our apps are also available in Android Market. We are currently working on getting all our apps available on Android!

How do I use a promo code?

Check out our page on how to redeem a promo code in the app store! It’s super easy to activate your code!

I have downloaded one of your apps but it doesn’t start. Why?

We are sorry that you are experiencing troubles. We are a small team of developers dedicated to apps of high quality, but unfortunately glitches and errors outside of our control appear in individual cases from time to time. Below are a couple of simple suggestions for solving the problem you might be experiencing:

  1. The most important step that usually solves the problem is to make sure you have the latest version of your iOS software.
  2. Try simply restarting your iPad or iPhone.
  3. If the problem still occurs, try uninstalling the application by holding your finger on its icon and then pressing the red remove icon. You can then navigate back to the App store and re-download and re-install the app, for free of course, and see if that sorts out the problem.
  4. If the app still doesn’t work, feel free to report the type of device, your iOS version and any other information that might relate to your problem to us, so that we can look into it!
